Team Strategies and Plans
The purpose of this programme is to equip learners with the skills and competencies to Initiate, develop, implement and evaluate operational strategies, projects and action plans so as to improve the effectiveness of the unit.
On completion of this programme learners will be able to:
- Develop, implement and evaluate an operational plan
- Develop and implement a strategy and action plans for a team, department or division
- Formulate recommendations for a change process
- Develop, implement and evaluate a project plan
Learners should be competent in Communication and Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 4
RPL against this unit standard is allowed.
Training Programme Duration: 3 Days.
Assessment: A portfolio of evidence will be submitted within four weeks of completing the training.
Certification: This includes obtaining endorsement from the ETDQA.

This module is intended for anyone already employed in middle management but lacking the knowledge and skills, or anyone being considered for promotion to middle management.
